"To inprove we must change."

Change is constant. Change is all around us every day and yet we often struggle to cope with change is our working environment. Maybe we get so comfortable with our existing working practices that we don’t want to consider anything that might upset the equilibrium. Yet, whenever you have a discussion with someone, be it in a business or social environment, there is usually a general acceptance that, in order to develop a better future we need change. Why therefore do we behave like ostrich’s and bury our heads in the sand when things are different or get tough.

Understanding the change curve and how it can be used to overcome people’s perceived barriers, can be key to implementing effective change for a better future.
